TERESE AYERS, REALTOR® - Associate:
Many know her as “Terry”. She is a Residential Specialist and a Full-Time Real Estate Agent working for you as well as Century 21 Buena Vista. She networks with other top Realtors in the area. She helps guide her clients to make the appropriate decision to meet their real estate needs. Much of her business comes from referrals & repeat clients and she has the experience to help you through any potential pitfalls in your real estate transaction.

Terese has been committed to continually increasing her real estate knowledge through formal training and seminars. She earned an AA from Ventura College, BS from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS), and attended law school at Ventura College of Law. She has also earned her designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

In addition to maintaining and actively being involved in the real estate business Terese was previously employed by the Ventura District Attorney’s office for approximately 11 years. With her past career and her current career she works hard to serve and act in the best interest of her clients.

A large part of my job is performed “behind the scenes”; previewing homes, researching comparable properties, gaining market knowledge, networking with fellow Realtors, evaluating changing legislation that affects homeowners, and maintaining my credentials through continuing education. For every hour I spend showing you homes I will have spent several hours preparing. I am constantly acquiring information that will help me to better service my clients. In return for this, I require your loyalty – a commitment that you will work with me exclusively in representing you in the purchase of your new home. So, if you see any home that interests you, ask us about it. Whether it is advertised by sign, Internet, newspaper, “For Sale By Owner, listed with another agent or not even on the market, I am able to best represent you in the pursuit of the property. How I am compensated:
I am not paid a traditional salary. I work entirely on commission, which means I am only paid when I produce results for you. I get paid through escrow after your transaction closes. My commission is part of the home sale transaction and is usually paid by the seller.
